Refund policy

Each piece is hand made with love & hence products once delivered cannot be returned. Incase of damages from our end, or in transit or a wrong order is delivered, a ‘return’ request along with the photograph of the damaged product(s) at ritusdesignhub@gmail.com can be sent. Please note that it can only be exchanged for another product of the same SKU. The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

In case of any alterations required we will be happy to do the same for you at a minimal cost. The courier charge from the customer back to us, is to be borne by the customer. We will pay for the courier cost to send the altered outfit back to you.

No returns or exchanges on discounted and customised products.

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at the ritusdesignhub@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will make every effort to remedy the situation

We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
